Augmented reality framework
Before you can work with augmented reality application you will need to know your current location. As soon as the your location is known the realities can be merged. Image frames are retrieved from the stereo camera and depth maps of the environment are calculated. Using the depth images and your current position and orientation the virtual and real world are merged. The merged frames are rendered onto the display and the next position will be calculated by an absolute positioning system.
